    Hi,

    I had your guy from centurion come to repair a lock at my home in alberton, randhart on the 14th october>

    First, we waited for three days for him to get here! Second, he said he would come on th e 14th at 19h00, but would not charge a overtime rate!!!
    When he arrived he had a second hand lock for my door and as I cannot close my door I accepted this lock, when I checked the door it was not working so he started working on it once again! seemed to be very rushed. then he got it to lock and gave me the invoice of R700.00 which is extremely expensive for a second hand lock, at normal rates!

    Now the lock dosnt close my door, I have tried calling him and my wife has tried, he answered my call and when he realised it was me he dropped the call!

    I am shocked at his service and it seems that this is not any locksmith that we picked, please could you contact me urgently as I need my front door to my home to close! his contact number is 079 823 7841.
